Youth Plan: Intended for patients aged 14 and under.

If periodontal infection is present, the member may be required to upgrade to the Perio Plan.

Patients with dental implants may be required to upgrade to the Implant Maintenance Plan.

Additional cleanings may be recommended for patients who are pregnant, undergoing cancer treatment, or have a high risk for cavities or gum disease.
Additional cleaning fee: $65 per cleaning.
