Why ChooseAll-on-X ?

Not a denture. Not a bridge. A permanent arch.

If you're missing all or most of your teeth in an arch,  or facing a mouth full of failing, painful ones,  All-on-X is the most comprehensive way we rebuild it. Rather than replacing teeth one at a time, we design a single custom prosthetic arch and secure it to just 4 to 6 strategically placed implants.

The result looks, feels, and functions like natural teeth: it doesn't come out at night, doesn't shift when you eat, and doesn't rely on the gum-line suction a traditional denture does. For patients who've spent years managing loose dentures or a mouth in decline, it's often described as the moment they got their life back.

Applying the Restoration

With restorations secured by 4-6 dental implants, All-on-X is the most complex full mouth rehabilitation service, but it’s also the most transformative. We’ll get to know you and the state of your oral health, and take extra time to plan your treatment so when you wake up from the procedure, it will be with a brand new smile. Depending on your bone density and other factors, you may require bone grafting and other preparatory procedures to ready your mouth for dental implants.

Depending on your unique case, you will receive 4-6 implants in each arch to support your final restoration. With sedation and anesthesia, you’ll be completely comfortable during the procedure, or even asleep. Your dentist will place each implant directly into the jaw bone, where, over the course of the next several months, they will bond with the surrounding tissue.

In the weeks leading up to your implant placement, we’ll be hard at work custom-crafting your new smile. Depending on your oral health, we may be able to apply your final restoration immediately after placing your implants, so when you wake up from the procedure, you can take a look in the mirror and see the brand new you! Your dentist will provide you with detailed aftercare instructions to help streamline the healing process and encourage long-lasting outcomes.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How is All-on-X different from a traditional denture?

A traditional denture rests on the gums and is removed daily. All-on-X is permanently secured to 4–6 implants anchored in the jaw bone, so it functions like natural teeth, no adhesive and no slipping.

Will I really leave with teeth the same day?

In many cases, yes. If your oral health allows it, we can attach a functional temporary restoration the same day your implants are placed, with your final custom arch to follow once healing is complete.

Do I need enough jaw bone for implants?

All-on-X is specifically designed to work with less bone than traditional implants require, using angled placement. Some patients still benefit from grafting, which we'll discuss at your consultation.
