Dr. Mia’s desire to become a dentist started as a child when she saw first hand how dentistry had the power to change lives through improving both health and self esteem. After witnessing a loved one lose a front tooth, Dr. Mia noticed how the loss of a smile led to the loss of confidence. As a dental patient herself, she experienced that same boost in confidence and health.

For the past 19 years, I have wholeheartedly dedicated myself to the field of dentistry, fueled by my unwavering passion for helping individuals regain their confidence through improved oral health and radiant smiles. Being born and raised on the west bank and having graduated from L.W. Huggins, I am proud to call this New Orleans my home.
My journey in the dental profession began with rigorous training at Cuiller Career Center, a foundation that laid the groundwork for my subsequent achievements. Seeking further knowledge and expertise, I pursued and successfully obtained my EDDA qualification at LSUSD, solidifying my commitment to excellence in dentistry.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I find immense joy in immersing myself in various experiences that enrich my life. Whether it's basking in the sun at the beach, indulging my taste buds with culinary delights from diverse restaurants, or creating cherished memories with my loved ones, I embrace every opportunity to savor the beauty of life outside of work.
